Iran Plast Exhibition was held for the first time in 2001 under the auspices of National Iranian Petrochemical Industries Company. The aim of the exhibition was to boost the domestic plastic industry market and facilitate exports and presence in global markets. Until 2015, this exhibition will be held annually, and from 1985 onwards, every two years.
